- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the provided address and selected delivery country and are clearly displayed directly in the shopping cart before the final confirmation of the purchase.
- Delivery time: Order processing time (preparation for shipment at the warehouse) is usually 1 to 2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days within Poland and 3 to 5 business days for deliveries to other European Union countries. In the event of any logistical delays caused by the courier company, full support is provided in contacting the carrier in order to arrange delivery of the order as quickly as possible.
- Shipment tracking: Once the order has been dispatched, a unique tracking number is generated and automatically sent to the provided e-mail address, allowing the Customer to track the parcel.
- Shipping restrictions: Currently, shipments are available within Poland and to other European Union countries. For information regarding the possibility of shipping outside these areas, please contact the Store’s customer service directly.
